We will do our best to respect the delivery deadlines but we can not garanty them. The delay could also depend on the chosen carrier.

2.1 FREE SHPPING IN CANADA

  • On small articles that can be shipped in an enveloppe. (some exceptions may apply)
  • If an article qualifies for free shipping, you will see 0$ in the transporter at the payment stage.

2.2 PICK UP FREE IN STORE

  • Your order can be picked-up 24h hours after you have passed it. You need a confirmed appointment for pick up.

  • You have 7 workable days to pick up your order, other wise you will be refunded without notice.

3. TAXES COSTUMS AND IMPORT

The possible taxes of customs and import are chargeable to the buyers.

The object becomes the buyer's possesion once the reception is made. Taxes will be applied concidering where the reception was made.

We are not responsible for deadlines(extensions) caused by the customs.

The TPS/TVH/TVQ will be charged to the residents of Canada according to the province of delivery

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The initial expenses of delivery, the customs duties and the expenses of brokerage if necessary, as well as the transport costs for the return are chargeable to the customer. The original transport costs as well as those for the return of the goods, the customs duties and the expenses of brokerage if necessary, will not be paid off.

We are not responsible for lost articles or articles sent to wrong adress given by the buyers.

We reserve the right to refuse your return if this one does not respect our politics.
